Canterbury Campus Ministry
St. Thomas of Canterbury had its origin as a Canterbury Club for students at the University of New Mexico in 1947. Since that time, an ongoing tradition of "outreach" has brought St. Thomas to its present-day role as a mission-oriented parish. We still have very strong ties with the University, and sponsor the Canterbury Campus Ministry.

—
a Canterbury tradition.
Students from all local universities and colleges are welcome to visit St. Thomas for any of our services, and are of course encouraged to participate in Campus Ministry.
Canterbury Campus Ministry is an avenue for students, faculty, and staff from UNM and CNM to gather together for food, fun, and fellowship. A typical meeting consists of a small vegetarian supper and an open discussion about school and life and theology. The night usually includes an evening compline service. Everyone is welcome! Meetings are held Tuesdays at 6pm at St. Thomas of Canterbury (425 University Blvd). We encourage open discussion and fellowship. Stop by a meeting and see what we are about, or contact us.
